All-inclusive VMware Training

VMsources all-inclusive packages are designed to simplify the process of getting approved for VMware Training by covering all of the expenses at one low price! We are able to offer our all-inclusive packages at a rate comparable to most providers tuition-only classes by cutting out the middle-man and offering the training directly to you.

Our all-inclusive VMware Training packages include:

• Round-trip airline transportation within the continental United States
• 5 nights hotel accommodation at a business-class hotel
• Breakfast every morning at the hotel
• Lunch and dinner every day at the restaurant of your choice
• $120 ground-transportation allowance
• 5 days of our world-class VMware Training

We have spared no expense to bring you the best quality in VMware Training, transportation and accommodations available anywhere.

 Your training package begins with round trip air transportation on a regularly-scheduled airline service in the continental United States to one of our training locations in either Arizona or Philadelphia. We use only major airlines and will book you a reserved seat in your name through Orbitz^®. These are non-refundable coach tickets, so you are free to upgrade, capture the frequent flyer miles to your account or change to any available seat.

We have chosen only the highest-quality nationally-known hotels and your room will always be less than one block from our classroom facility! Room availability and configuration changes based on when you book your class, but in general you may choose from two Double beds or one Queen or King-size bed. 

Breakfast is provided (Monday-Friday) in the hotel. Lunch and dinner will be at restaurants of your choice; each participant will receive a Visa gift card with a generous $45.00 Per Diem (Sunday-Friday) for meals and $20.00 Per Diem (Sunday-Friday) for ground transportation.

If you would like to extend your stay at one of our training locations, simply let us know when you are booking the class and we will be happy to accommodate your request at any time two weeks or greater in advance of your expected travel dates.

 Terms & Conditions

Our all-inclusive training packages are fully-refundable more than two (2) weeks prior to the expected initial travel date. Thereafter, VMsources requires participants to place a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the package no less than 14 days prior to the expected initial travel date. The balance of the cost of the training package must be paid no later than the first day of class. Accepted forms of payment include: Credit Card, Check (Checks require 3-5 Days additional, after we receive the check, for funds to clear), Wire Transfer, PayPal.

Cancellations more than14 days prior to the initial travel date are fully refundable. Cancellations 14 or fewer days prior to the initial travel date will forfit the entire deposit or 50% of total package cost, whichever is greater.

Air transportation must be available for two-week advance purchase on a regularly-scheduled commercial airline service through Orbitz^®. Airline transportation will be lowest-cost, nonstop (where available) coach class tickets purchased in the participants name. Any additional fees will be participants sole responsibility including, but not limited to: Change fees, upgrades, baggage fees, lost ticket, missed flight. VMsources will not be responsible for changes in the itinerary, or costs incurred as a result of changes in the itinerary, regardless of whether those changes are initiated by the participant or initiated by the airline. Once the ticket is purchased, it is participants sole responsibility to:

• print boarding passes/check-in
• arrange for transportation to/from originating airport
• pay for parking (if applicable)
• arrive at airport with sufficient time to clear security
• board flight

If, for any reason, participant is unable to board scheduled transportation, or is denied boarding by the airline or TSA,  it will be participants sole responsibility to make alternate transportation arrangements to attend training class. If participant is unable to attend training class, participant will forfeit deposit and/or additional funds paid toward total cost of training package.

Shuttle service will be provided from the airport to the hotel at no cost to the participant. VMsources will provide detailed instructions to the participant along with phone numbers and shuttle location. Tips and gratuities are the responsibility of participant.

Hotel accommodations will be provided for participant from arrival (the day before training class begins) until checkout on the morning of the last day of class (5 nights). If participant wishes to purchase additional nights, it will be participants responsibility to contact hotel and make arrangements at participants expense and at prevailing rates. Additional in-room services and hotel amenities will be participants sole responsibility. Participant may be required to leave a credit card on file for the duration of participants stay as a damage deposit and as payment for additional services (if any).

Participant will be given a Visa^®gift card with a balance of $390.00 at hotel check-in. This balance includes $45.00 Per Diem (Sunday-Friday) for meals and $20.00 Per Diem (Sunday-Friday) for ground transportation. Any amounts incurred in addition to the Per Diem will be participants sole responsibility. If participant elects to rent a car, participant must be soley responsible for the rental and any liability or expenses incurred (such as parking, tolls, tickets, fines).

Participant should retain all receipts for meals, transportation and incidental expenses for participants own records. VMsources will not be providing statements and/or accounting for participants use of Visa^®gift card and will not be accountable for participants use of card for which may include purchases and expenses other than those related to Per Diem expenses for meals, transportation and incidental expenses.
